I really loved the pool and hot tub. The pool is 8ft deep which allows for good swimming. My husband has issues with his feet and knees so an elevator would have made his stay a lot easier. Breakfast was good, we had a great time in the Mad Apple.

Room was very noisy way into the night. Seems a party was going on in the hallway. Also, wish there was supervision in hallways in pool area. Floors were wet and almost got hit by running, wet kids more than once.

I had to go to three different rooms before it was just okay. My first room was dirty. The night stand was dirty with a sticky substance on it. The furniture was stained. There was someone's hair on the bed. The second room the hsat did not work properly. The hotel did not have the heat on when no one is there. Totally understandable. So I put the heat on and went ro dinner. When i ame back the heat still didn't work. I was told by the front desk to wait and see. After over an hour it was still not even warm. The third room was was warm but there was a dirty towel left behind in the bathroom. By that time I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. The manager said there was nothing that they could do since i went through a third party. So disappointed and frustrated!

we stayed one night, catching a flight the next morning. it was close to the airport which was nice. the room was average, clean, the floor could use an update, linoleum was loose and coming up. and the remote for the tv was hard to get to work. The walls are thin where you can hear the people next door, didn’t get alot of sleep with the tv blaring next to us. it was adequate for what we needed. and the price was right. Might or might not stay here again.

When we arrived to our room, it was ice cold. We had just been outside in Wisconsin Winter weather and were looking forward to a warm room to relax in. It was almost colder in the room than it was outside. When we told the front desk clerk, she didn't see the problem and told us to turn the heat up. There is a pool that is in the CENTER of the hotel. There was a party of children and adults that were partying and being loud until midnight. I had to call the front desk to ask them to shut the party down at midnight so I could sleep. The carpeting in the room was old and dusty. The chair in the room was old and dusty. The vibe in the room was dingy and sad. Furniture and lighting scattered oddly throughout the room. The heater clicked and made noise throughout the night. Maybe the worst stay I've ever had.

The check in was great. That person was so nice. The pool area has 4 live trees and live plants. Pool is salt water. Loved the pool. Room was big. Beds were ok. Stayed in a double king room. Was a nice quiet stay!

We booked a poolside room and planned to relax poolside. When we checked in we were informed that since it was NYE, the pool would be open until 2:00am. Not a big deal until we headed to our room, we saw the entire pool area was full of table's and individual groups all set up with food and ready to party. It was loud until 2:00am when the pool area was finally closed down. When there is going to be an event that will disturb the entire hotel, we should've been notified prior to us checking in so we could've changed our hotel. We have stayed there before and really enjoyed the breakfast voucher. This morning we were not given any choices and was directed to eat from a buffet. I couldn't eat anything from it. This is not what we expected our stay would be like. Expedia needed to inform us of these huge changes.

The breakfast provided by mad apple was a simple buffet of sausage, eggs, potatoes and pancakes. All of the items were cold...like not even a little bit warm. I saw a powerstrip with cords plugged in, but it wasnt plugged into anything. No heat in the nescos, they didnt steam when opened, so obviously cold for awhile.
