The indoor pool and hot tub were the highlight of our trip. I stayed here with my nine-year-old son while visiting the area to watch a Green Bay Packers game. Even though it was 10° outside, the atrium was 70°. My son and a friends he made at the hotel had a great time playing in the water.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed and bedding were especially good quality. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure good and hot water readily available. The breakfast room was available early and well stocked. The pool was large and refreshing and the hot tub worked well. We would stay there again!

I would have given 5 stars, but the heat was off in our room when we checked in, and it took hours to warm up. After traveling that really sucked to have a freezing room. We love the saltwater hot tub, and the staff is really friendly. This is our second stay here and it's totally worth it. It's a great location, close to everything.

Room and breakfast great. Only thing was they didn’t change the towels and we were there three nights. Had to call front desk and they had clean ones right away. Would stay there again

When we arrived the room was cold. Mid 50’s. We then left and went to eat. Upon our return the key cards did not work. Went back to the front desk and were told they had accidentally sent another customer up to our room. This caused our cards to be deactivated. Employees did not seem concerned that they had given access to our room to someone else. We did enjoy the Mad Apple restaurant. Won’t return to the hotel. Not worth the price.
