This hotel is absolutely fantastic, rooms are amazing and bed extremely comfortable. Views across the loch are simply stunning and we excitedly woke up to the most amazing sunrise. Beautiful balcony to sit and relax too. Staff are very friendly and attentive, can’t do enough for you which was really nice. We enjoyed our stay so much it might just become an annual visit. Amber Rose spa is lovely and we enjoyed a massage and thermal spa experience. Food was delicious and breakfast was great with lots of choice. Really wonderful hotel with evidently a lot of thought put into what guests are looking for. Short walk into Luss village with some lovely shops. We would very much recommend this hotel for a getaway, just wish we could have stayed longer. Enjoy

Lovely hotel in Inveraray, excellent room and overall service. The pool and spa facilities are great. Dining and bar service was good.

Great value business trip

We had a very nice room. Very comfortable bed and really good size. It had a sofa and 2 comfortable winged chairs. Very nice views over the loch and due to the time of years snow topped mountains.

We ended up staying an extra night due to a storm and the staff were very accommodating. Food was amazing and so too was the atmosphere in the bar. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the family room we had was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
