Front desk excellent. Nice facility. Outdoor fire pits nice way to end the evening. Convenient location to everything. Only negative was lobby had a funny smell, maybe bad mop water?

Great area, great stay
Comfortable room and bathroom with updated fixtures. Location is very convenient to highway, shopping and the amazingly beautiful Hocking Hills State Park. Front desk service was quick and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and available at 6 am.

Check in smooth, room clean, bathroon clean, breakfast good but they didnt refill often and check out smooth. Parking is good but not much shade. Enough room to walk canine. Did not use pool or exercise room. Staff all very friendly and welcoming of dogs- just call ahead of time to let them know, it makes the process more smooth.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was the nicest that I have ever encountered at a hotel stay. The staff seemed happy to work there. We were given a cookie when we arrived. The restaurant that is closest to the hotel in walking distance (there are 3 that are very close) had wonderful BQ. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Best Hotel Experience Ever
The hotel was welcoming in every way possible. Super clean, breakfast delicious, hot, and varied day to day, freshly baked cookies daily, extensive knowledge about surrounding location and attractions, beds very comfortable and the room was appealing to the eye. From the front desk staff, Deidra and the young man whose name I can’t remember, to the housekeeping gal, to the general manager, all made you feel like family and royalty at the same time. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short business stay, a fun exploring vacation to Hocking Hills, or an extended stay as a home away from home.
