The Space:
Downstairs enter to a tiled foyer with shower to rinse off from the beach plus toilet off the laundry equipped with washing machine. Room to store the surfboards in the enclosed courtyard.

The middle level is for living & relaxing, comfortably dining 8 inside or out on the balcony to enjoy the breeze, with awning to shade the sun or with casual inside seating for the same. A large kitchen offers bench space for prepping the BBQ with dishwasher & microwave, pantry & electric oven.

Upstairs provides a renovated bathroom with three spacious bedrooms, all with their own balcony access & built-in wardrobes. King sized master faces North with mirrored robes and TV.

The beautiful Avoca Beach is located just over 1 hour north of Sydney on the Central Coast of NSW. A long stretch of golden sand reaches over 1 kilometre in length to North Avoca. Avoca Beach can cater to all your needs but if you need a larger shopping centre Erina Fair is only 15 minutes away. Our local beaches are magnificent with Copacabana, McMasters, Terrigal and Wamberal all close by. Bouddi National Park is also near, where you can enjoy an adventurous walk down to Maitland Bay which is truly breathtaking.

Fantastic place to stay at avoca beach.
The apartment was great with with access from the ground floor, to wash off from the beach and kick off your shoes. The balcony had comfy furniture good for reading and dining. The main bedroom was spacious but the bed was not comfortable.

Great location
Layout is great for a family with the covered /fenced area to leave boards and line for towels and swimmers before you get in. Shower and laundry downstairs and area for shoes and hats etc . Covered area for car . Living and balcony next floor and then bedrooms and the renovated bathrooms upstairs. This complex is in a great location and the decor was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location and helpful property management.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at greenpark. The location is ideal, about 200 meters from the beach. We did have a small issue with the oven and kitchen light not working. The following day the property manager organised an electrician to come and fix the light, excellent service. The town house is very spacious with a large balcony to enjoy. I would recommend staying here although it may be a little noisey in busy periods in summer as all the town houses are quite close together.
