The property location is great with beautiful surroundings and is located close to Nottingham Lake. Room Service is not good. They tell you to use an app, but the app doesn’t work. Housekeeping doesn’t refresh amenities like in-room coffee supplies or toiletries. The rooms are very small and don’t even have a desk chair or any other chair so you have to sit on the bed or floor. The hot water in the showers was sporadic at best.

Lovely 4 star property. Nice pool and hot tubs. Clean and efficient rooms with variable but pricey dining options, as expected from a premium brand hotel. Room service needs to up their game. At these prices, why is food being delivered in paper boxes and a brown bag?

Stay was amazing. Hotel was super clean and stocked. Only thing that was frustrating was on the day of our check out, we had 3 different hotel employees come knock on our door asking if we were ready to check out. Our check out time was 11am and this started around 8am - 10am.

Any question asked of staff pertaining to amenities of the resort/skiing was met with a snobby, condescending, “how dare you ask” reply…skiing was great, majority of the staff interactions were terrible especially at the price point
