"Not a 5 star resort. Close. Carpet worn out badly throughout hallways. Bathroom door repainted 20 times? Carpet bunched in room. Housekeeping didn’t check if alarm clock set for 2 am (good prank). "Property is at wonderful location and we got a room facing mountains which was lovely experience. Though the place was nice but we were deceived thinking this is place has a cave basin which was showed in pictures plus the washbasin sink in washroom was clogged . Thank you !"
