The fitness center - the machines were all in an error status - there were free weights missing ie: only one 20lb weight - there was a bug in our hotel room - the hair dryer you had to hold in the plug at a certain angle for it to remain operational

The front desk agent working 3p-11p on Monday 1/12/26 needs SERIOUS training in customer service. She seemed very inconvenienced that I was checking in. She couldn’t be bothered to stop counting her cash drawer to help me. She told me I couldn’t check in because the card for incidentals wasn’t in my name (work trip, it was in my bosses name), gave me no other options until I called my wife (former hotel manager) and my wife mentioned a credit card authorization, she was even more inconvenienced by that. Once I got my boss on the phone she kept walking away from the front desk and disappearing. I understand it was near the end of her shift, but that shouldn’t change the quality of customer service. I will likely not return due to this experience. Rooms were clean, 7a-3p front desk agent was spectacular.

The staff who work there are very friendly, the lady who serves breakfast is a lovely person. But in my apartment there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bedroom curtain had suspicious stains, and the sofa had a lot of dog hair on it.
