Okay for a weekend stay
Front desk lady was amazing. She greeted with a smile. She let us claim our room early since we knew it would be around midnight before we returned to hotel. When we parked at our room, cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and parking lot. A broke down motorcycle that looked like wiring had been stripped out. Upon opening the room door, the odor of cigarettes was so strong. I have a lung issue so it was a little choking for me. I had to get the hand sanitizer from my purse to wipe down ac unit and furniture. Getting into the bed, we noticed ashes in the headboard and bed frame. Someone used the bed frame as an ashtray. There was a paper flower on the tub made from toilet paper and when my husband went to toss in trash, ashes were in the flower. Other than that room was tidy.

Great hotel, beds could be better
The hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing. The only issue we had was the bed was hard as a rock. Some people like that, we didn’t. But I would still highly recommend them, because aside from the bed it was a great time.

Saw several roaches. Room was clean enough, but deteriorating conditions such as sink faucet loose, bathroom door handle falling off. Advertised breakfast but no longer offer breakfast. America's Best is actually a far cry from being in that category.
