My stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham-Brookshire-West was exceptionally great. I have no complaints. The staff members are wonderful. The snack area was fully stocked. The room was pleasant and clean.The air conditioning wall unit is adjustable 👏. I literally thought I missed the timeframe for breakfast. However, when I walked down the hall, there were a variety of items to choose from; including, hot coffee, hot croissants, hot sausages, hot eggs, hot hash Browns, cereal, milk muffins, and additional food items ✅️. I traveled alone so yes I felt safe. The pool was clean and inviting. And it's always pleasurable and convenient to have a Microwave and mini refrigerator in the room (And both appliances were definitely utilized 🫠). I will definitely be a returning customer and visitor.

I The hotel's location in Katy, Texas, was ideal for a peaceful and restful stay. I was not disturbed by any noise during my sleep and had an excellent night's rest. The breakfast offered was terrible. Breakfast was limited, with no bananas. My room smelled musty (carpet) needs a good cleaning or replacing. They let me check -in early, but put me in a handicapped room, and the water from the shower ran all over the bathroom floor. Never seen a shower like that! However, the front desk staff was friendly and professional.
