Ok, could have been better
The check in was very easy, the lady was pretty rude. The first night later shift lady and man were phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to take my own garbage and remove it from the room, as well as had to hunt down the housekeepers to be able to get additional towels. We were there from Tuesday until checkout Saturday and not once did anyone come freshen up the towels or remove the trash. For sure needed a good cleaning as under the beds had garbage as well and it hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom door was also damaged, still worked but for sure needs a little bit of tlc

Marine corp graduation!
Check in was fast and service by them was good cancellation was fast and return of money also but room,bathroom and other areas where horrible not sutable for kids or any clean adult human smells and black mold i belive with the right cleaning and deep cleaning maybe become a better hotel for customers coming from far away as i did in a 14 h drive and and encounter this not right.

There are renovations being done, so I hope this property improves. Our room had a strong smell that was a combination of jet fuel and another odor I could not identify. The tub had stains and the grouting was cracked and missing. The mattresses weren’t too bad, but the pillows were like sleeping on rocks. Some halls sneaked odd, but others were fine (we had family staying in multiple floors). The selection of items in the little store are very limited.

The hotel hallways and rooms smelled TERRIBLE!!!! Couches in the rooms were dirty/covered in stains. Place just seems old and outdated.

The location was perfect for the Marine Bootcamp graduation! It only took approximately 10 minutes to get to MCRD. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good the day we were there to eat at 6:30 a.m. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a bed to sleep in. There was a spot on the wall for a smoke detector but it was removed. Shower curtain rod barley hanging on so both ends of the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle openning on both ends. The couch had mold on the middle cushion due to the fact that the room and the whole floor was very humid.

Staff greeted us and were a great help with pointing out places to visit locally. Facility was clean, updated, and quiet. Overall it was a great stay and will stay there again if in the area.
