Staff was great. Super friendly, helpful and polite. The entire hotel was super clean and our room with the jacuzzi tub was comfortable, spacious and spotless. Youbcant beat this place for the price.

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed having the option of dinner and a full breakfast on site, both of which were very good. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the area.

Difficult luggage transport.
The room was clean but the shower did not work properly there were no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. When checking in there were no carts for luggage to be transported. This was difficult my husband and I. We are senior citizens and had to make three trips to the third floor. We were in town for a wedding and spent four night at the hotel so we had a lot of luggage. We were told they were all out but we never saw more than one the whole stay.

Some Hurricane damage still not repaired (breakfast ceiling). Room was fine and comfortable. Breakfast staff and food not up to standards. Staff didn't want to be there, no Orange Juice, no bowls for Oatmeal, no milk for Oatmeal. No means of making toast. Toast arrived after eggs were cold.

We arrived and the woman working was very overwhelmed, helping customers with all types of things, but she kept her calm and was so nice. We liked the location that was close to major places and had lots of parking. Our room was clean but the bed dipped in the middle majorly. I would stay here again.

1. My reservation was for a room with wheelchair access but when I arrived my reservation was changed. I can only surmise that it was changed due to the "two adult" portion of the reservation being recognized, but the wheelchair access was ignored. Staff wasn't able to change rooms because of unavailability. 2. Although staff was extremely courteous, especially the breakfast waitress, Jennel Williams, who made my experience at this Holiday Inn tolerable by almost making me forget the room debacle, I don't intend to book at another Holiday Inn. This is the first time my reservation was ignored and my child and I were inconvenienced. I do believe this could have been avoided.

We ended up leaving at 4 am due to lack of amenities- ev everything as closed including dining. Only one staff person running everything, filthy towel left by a previous guests hanging in the shower and moldy smell in the room. Wast of money.

we stayed at this Hotel in April 24 and it was great. so we booked again in Oct. this time 2 rooms since we had family going with us. I booked 2rooms with 2 queen beds, at check in we were informed that Hotels.com change on room to a king size room and that ended up costing $30 more than what I booked. our room #323 was pretty run down looking, had a strong smell(maybe the cleaning products used), our family member stayed in # 326, air-conditioner was extremely loud, no exhaust in bathroom. Needless to say, next trip to Beaufort we will be looking for other Hotel. On plus side, Beds are very comfortably and front desk fairly friendly.

The evening desk person, Charles, was extremely helpful after I had damaged and basically destroyed my cell phone. Helped make my stay less stressful. Hotel is very nice. Going through some renovations so pool and other areas are not available. View of salt marsh is super.
