The breakfast items were of bad quality. Scrambled Eggs and Potatos were tasteless. It seemed like they were reheated, frozen and pre-prepared food. Juices were not good and Coffee was like very very light hot water. They did not have our confirmed room type available and did not respond to a query sent three days prior to arrival. They said that they were over booked and even suggested not to book through third parties in the future.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Rooms very clean. Towels soft, handicapped rooms were good. Would have helped more to have handicapped walk in shower rather than tub. Breakfast fantastic and coffee 24/7 nice restaurants near bye.
