I loved the view of the cathedral from our room and the customer service of the staff on front desk reception and breakfast.

Very enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated room with comfy bed and small balcony. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and seemed happy in their jobs. Pool was a much enjoyed bonus and am sure the spa is great but sadly it was fully booked for a massage at convenient times. Food of a good standard but in my opinion a little overpriced.

Excellent service. Very old building so there a few things that are as best as they can be but are not what you may expect. For example, the tub is higher than normal and would be problematic if you are older. Heat seemed to be missing except in the bathroom. Still, we would easily stay there again when we return.

Very comfortable room and well located for Norwich . Good value for the money . Only problem we had was the evening meal options as we stayed for 3 days my partner had the same meal .

A wonderful stay. Very welcoming and friendly staff with a very nice bright restaurant. We will be coming back to this hotel when we return later in the year. We loved it.

I cannot really say anything 2nd night went swimming after that i was very ill spent next 2 days in bed till check out Previous stay have been very good.
