The hotel is tucked behind a building. The hotel seems old. The ceilings were low and our floor smelled like smoke as soon as you walked off the elevator. We could hear motorcycles racing on the roads at night. First morning I went to the lobby and there multiple police in lobby and police cars outside. Seems a member of a tour group was stealing from other tour group members. The front desk assured me this was a safe neighborhood (I also asked when I checked in) The breakfast was chaos with no one picking up after themselves with tables piled high with food and plates. The staff was trying to help but most guests just walked in and walked right out once you saw this. I think the Expedia ratings make this hotel seem much nicer than what it really. It isn't the staff's fault (who were very nice) but the property is just old and needs a massive facelift.

Great for sports families at Grand Park
Stayed for a lacrosse tournament and the hotel was geared towards sports families. Earlier breakfast on the weekends, ice available, water bottle filling…very convenient. Attached by skywalks to garage and mall with tons of food options. Also a great hotel bar & restaurant. Service was amazing and staff was super friendly!
