Great place to stay. Helpful staff, well furnished house boat, quiet residential area with key deer all around. Great area to ride bikes and good bridge fishing a short walk. Can't wait to go back.

The houseboat was a delight. Super comfortable and a full kitchen. Very dog-friendly. The woman who checked us in was super nice, and the salt-water pool felt great!

A cute apartment and a beautiful place, but charging 100 dollars for cleaning to a person who rented an apartment for only one night is an exaggeration in my opinion. Calculation of cost should be the ratio of their stay to the number of nights.

We booked a houseboat. Ours was nothing like the pictures that was on your site. It was old and so outdated. Not comfortable at all. Would not recommend it to anyone. All the other houseboats looks nice except the one we book through Hotels.com
