We checked in and didn't realize that they were pet friendly. The rooms are small, the website offered Deluxe Double rooms but they don't have them. Walls are paper thin, and my mom was ate up by fleas while trying to sleep. Hotel needs to be fumigated and remodeled.

How friendly the staff is. I really enjoyed the baked cookies and the filtered water. Not to mention the 10 percent discount at Applebee's. Check in options.

Not your typical La Quinta! The rooms all are housed inside, which is much safer! WAY nicer than a lot of chain hotels. I highly recommend!

I was looking for a place to sleep that accepted my dog as I was passing through town. This hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff were super helpful in my contacts with them, which made the experience much easier. Other than that, nothing really stood out as great or terrible, which was perfect for my needs.

Servicable at best. Depends on what ur in town for
The people working at the front were happy & more than accommodating. However, i saw multiple large dead roaches, 1 in our room! Upon arriving, the 1st room we were assigned wasn't cleaned, so they upgraded us. The upgraded room was large, but it seems like the entire hotel needs a complete overhaul. And I have 4 million google reviews. I figured sometimes u can find something decent that doesn't have the "fabulous" rating on hotels.com. Made an error this time. If ur going to Biloxi for a vacay, this place doesn't fit the profile. I felt like Al Bundy 3 states away with my family....lol. My step daughter asked what was up with the towels bc they were stained up sorta bad. Dont trust the photos you see, stray cats and folks drinking beer in the parking lot.

Check in and out was quick. The only issue was the a/c. It cooled but not like it should have. It was a lil uncomfortable but then again it was cool at night cause it was overcast. Will stay here again.

It was not a good stay
The room we got first had a leaky ac unit that did not cool the entire room. Had to switch rooms. The elevator was not working. The ac was sketchy throughout the entire building. Do not recommend this hotel.
