Unfortunately the night staff used the room next door to us to host their friends over and were extremely loud all night partying. In addition, all hotel calls were being routed to that room and we can hear the staff picking up, laughing, and hanging up. We also called the first hour it was loud and were able to hear them respond and then laugh and hang up as well. After several hours we decided to knock but they didn’t open the door and instead yelled “fu k off” . Again what was irritating was that this was the hotel staff and there’s want anyone else for us to talk to this went in until 4 am.

It's okay...
The front office lady seemed to not want to be there. She gave a face when you asked her questions. I asked where the gym was and pointed to the map but gave a face as an she wanted me to leave. Also, the lights to the back side of the gym was off and someone had called maintenance I asked her how long till them came by, she gave another face and said, I don't know. Now, by the time I found the gym and it smelled like marijuana back there, I though twice about telling them about the smell and walked up to my room. Now, floors are quite dirty outside your room. Breakfast was good and morning staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll think twice about staying in this place again.

They need to get new Front Desk personnel. The 2 young ladies that were on day and afternoon.evening shifts had no communication skills, were not friendly or helpful. This is sad as the mature ladies that I have dealt with over the last 10 years at this location were helpful and cheery. We were there 3 days and never saw anyone to clean room or offer new towels. Should have been a $80 to $100 night room, Not $190 a night.
