When I first pulled up the hotel look so nice but later found out the hotel is going under renovations.The room I was in had a smell and the bathroom was old and rust and scratched furnitures. I dropped our bags and keft but when we returned the room still had an odor. I called the front desk ans spoke to the sweetest lady name Gwen. She was the most uplifting part of my stay was when Ms. Gwen changed our room. The 2nd room after leaving to gather me things from the 1st room I was locked our so Ms. Gwen gave us another room whuch was better. I'm not sure if I will book another reservation there until they complete their renovations to the entire hotel.

I have stayed at this Embassy Suites location in past years and chose it again based on that experience. Unfortunately, this most recent stay was deeply disappointing and concerning. Upon turning on the bathroom light in Room 212, I immediately saw roaches. I killed two of them. I did notify the front desk, and the clerk documented the issue and said it would be shared with management. While I appreciate the prompt acknowledgment, roaches are a dealbreaker. Cleanliness and pest control are non-negotiable, regardless of circumstances. The hotel is clearly overdue for renovation, and several other issues compounded the experience: • Loud shower noise that began as soon as the lever was turned on and continued until it was turned off • Worn, tired furniture that needs replacement • An old refrigerator that hummed loudly throughout the stay • Heavily stained carpeting in both rooms, including a large bright red stain in the bedroom • Second-floor common hallway that was visibly dirty, with litter along the path to the ice machine and in need of vacuuming I understand the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation, but renovation does not excuse issues related to cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. Seeing roaches in the room made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable during the stay. I wanted to share this feedback so future guests can make informed decisions and so management understands the urgency of addressing these issues.

The whole hotel felt neglected. The food area was not stocked and the breakfast was lacking basic essentials. The hot tub was broken. The pool looked dirty. The rooms were old. The carpet was stained. There were so many ants my daughter ended up with them in her mouth. My mother in laws room smelled like vomit. The front desk did not care about our concerns. It was a horrible experience.

Rooms in very poor condition! We had torn carpet, walls were badly patched, room smelled like mildew, and ants! The furniture and phones had buildup of dust! Staff was not friendly from the front desk to the maid service, to the breakfast attendant! The older gentleman at the omelette station is beyond rude and clearly hates his job! The jacuzzi literally had caution tape surrounding it. We paid nearly $200 per night to stay in a trash hotel with rude service! Never, EVER again! HUGE let down!!

Front desk not welcoming. They make you feel like you are bothering them. Is it difficult to give an smile and show interest? Breakfast the SAME every day for 5 days. I mean, is it difficult to change SOMETHING on a daily basis to make experience better? The AC too cold, freezing in the common breakfast/lobby area… not comfortable. I told the front desk and they say no control on that. Not pleasant. OK stay but can be much better but they seem not to care.

This is the best hotel in the area hands down. I’ve been to tons of high end hotels but the service and quality of the stay here is unmatched. We stayed for a few days after our wedding. It looks so cool from the interior and free parking too. Will absolutely recommend this and come again some time
