Staff extremely rude. No soap in the bathroom, no new towels available!!? I was told I could have a late check out at 4pm if I paid at $60 fee (by Ivan), when I was checking out the girl at the front desk (Lee) said that Ivan is new and “made a mistake” and they’ll charge me the extra night full charge!!! Terrible. Do not stay there.
