The self check-in system is flawed at best.
I will say the manager, Lisa is polite and welcoming.
You have a great view of the bay from your room. 10/10
Here’s the problems I had:
Our bedsheets seemed unchanged. There was dust and some hair on our blankets. It wasn’t that dirtiest thing I’ve ever slept in, but it definitely wasn’t freshly cleaned. 2/10
The rooms look like they were recently renovated, but it was very lipstick on a pig vibes
For example, the shower door was on the wrong side so when you take a shower, the water just splatters all over the bathroom floor.
The sink had no caulking around it.
You could see the old wallpaper print through the paint on the wall. Etc. However, it is what it is that didn’t bother me too much.
We had some snacks in our room and I guess because we brought food in our hotel — we woke up to a crazy amount of ants. In our bed on the floor all over the desk on the walls everywhere. And no, not food sitting out, not sugary Gummies just some regular snacks in packaging. And some leftover food in our trashcan.
I did text the manager about that upon checkout she said she would get back to me, but never did. 0/10
I was under the impression that we would have access to a hot tub, and that was part of the reason for booking my stay however it was under construction, completely emptied and roped off with caution tape—-which killed the vibe of the view from my room, not gonna lie. 1/10
I don’t recommend for the price it is.
