Jordan, the hotel manager and his staff are A . The commitment to your satisfaction is evident in everything they do. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Coffee machine a plus, great breakfast spot PRESSED just down the street. Everything is at your finger tips. I have stayedbat some ofbthe best in this city and regardless of price, this boutique hotel has them by far. Great job Jordan and team. Keep up the good work. Next time I am in Boston, not even looking, The Copley Square FOUND Hotel will be my choice.

Wi-Fi was not great. My phone could not maintain a consistent connection on a video call, so we had to turn our cameras off. If you have important meetings to take, it’s maybe best not to take them from your room. There was also a heating issue - I was lucky to eventually get the room up to 70F when other rooms were apparently stuck down at 60/61F. The room was otherwise perfectly fine. Interior of the upstairs hallway was very drab, but the room interior is fairly nice. Like everyone else says, it’s cheaper to park overnight at a garage across the street unless you’re planning to enter and exit multiple times. Also, only one elevator was functioning.

We love this hotel and it is perfectly located to see all of Boston by door or to Uber anywhere. Great location, friendly saff and never had any problems staying here.

Love the art. Hotel is really cute and nearby everything including multiple great restaurants. Elevators really need an upgrade. Small rooms but clean. No view. Initial check in was good, but later faced a security issue. manager at checkout remedied it with future options, not immediate. Would consider staying again.

Washrooms were out of date and a bit dirty. I would compare this hotel to a holiday inn but a bit more out dated. The room also had an interesting smell which we couldn’t understand. Was only here for a short period of time but the location was perfect! So close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and lots of shopping and grocery store near by.
