I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the hotels.com. When I arrive at the property, they give me a key to a room that is for handicapped with a very funky shower and obviously set up for a handicap situation. I went to the front desk to ask him to change the room to a regular room and they said they could do nothing about it because it was done through a third-party and that I would have to call the third-party. I had to be up at five in the morning, and I did not want to take the next hour of my time to start callinghotel.com to try and get them to switch it out and really do not like this game that parties are doing. I really felt like that was a very bait and switch and should never have been the room. They secured for me.

The property is showing its age. It didn’t feel terribly clean with hand prints each day on the elevator doors. Shuttle bus driver picking people up from the airport was rude to me and the gentleman behind me. Overall okay.

It was a great and quick stay. If my flight didn’t go the next day, I would not have minded staying longer. The place was clean and spacious. Staff was kind and helpful, not to mention complimentary breakfast.

Best airport hotel
I travel often from Boston to the west coast and in order to make flight connection an overnight is required. Embassy Suites is my go to airport hotel. I came in after 1am and the shuttle promptly picked me up. Check in was welcoming and efficient. The bed super comfortable with crisp clean linens. And who doesn’t like an awesome complimentary breakfast. All in all a perfect hotel experience.

Good stay. Very convenient access to Boston Logan airport and the nearby rental car center. Walkable to multiple restaurants in the area or the t-line to get to downtown Boston within 10 minutes or so. Hotel is a little dated, and the soap dispenser in the room was out of soap. But would definitely stay here again.
