Extremely well located, no frills stay but rooms are very clean and have the important basics. Great for light travelers who want to spend more time walking the Commons, Theatre District, etc instead of hanging out in a hotel. Awesome staff.

I would recommend!
I was helping my daughter with a new baby. Location is amazing and staff is very responsive. Rooms are very small but that’s to be expected at this price. It was clean and easy. Coffee available in the am. I would stay again!

For Boston, a good value. This is an older property, and the room was very small. There are not the amenities such as a fridge/microwave, but there is a great AC system. The location was very good, except for some construction going on next door that has the sidewalk torn up. Staff were GREAT!

Beautiful Hotel, Lovely Location
It was a lovely time, beautiful building. We struggled to make the AC work at night but that was our fault, so jusy pay attention to all the controls. Parking opposite the hotel is validated and is $25 for 24 hours, which was fine for us but bear that in mind if you're driving to the hotel.

I was totally charmed. I needed someplace economical. I didn't mind that absence of amenities. The one thing i missed the most was a refrigerator. After that, a simple chair. I had room 513, which was extra quiet due to being off the south side stairway. I love that neighborhood, for many years i worked at the Roxy
