I was disappointed in this stay. There are no amenities at all (no toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, slippers, bathrobe… etc.). The shower gel container in the shower was empty, there’s no trash can in the bathroom. There was also hair in the bathroom and bath tub. There was also no dinner service, and even though the restaurant was open after a long flight and another flight I had the next morning I was just hoping for a quick dinner in the room. In the morning I took the shuttle bus to the airport, the driver didn’t close the doors properly so one of my bags (which has my laptop and valuables) fell out of the shuttle and was a bit damaged. They experience and this being a Hilton did not match the price paid at all. Which is such a shame because the staff were really kind and the only thing redeemable in this experience.
