Was great overall. Staff no complaints. But its mainly the room itself. Old carpet the smell of carpet is ewww even with the bomb smell they privided it didnt help much. Its stuff your noce and hard for people with allergies. The shower well the shower head is c.... hard to wash yourself properly or wash kids cause its a fix to the wall head. Change those 2 and i would greatly keep coming back. Also parking was charged at front desk when no where it was mentionned when bought our stay. So thats a no go either

Easy access to the shopping area with being able to walk. The hotel offered shuttle rides to the airport that were easy to accommodate.

Try bad experience. Could not get the pick shuttle from the Airport to the hotel although we booked and we were given promises that the driver was on his way but after an hour and half he never showed up. The prices given doesn’t worth the stay. Too much for a below avg hotel. Very bad experience and we will never do it again!

Easy to navigate the area. This hotel is in a nice, safe, walkable neighborhood. Close to restaurants, and only ten minute walk to main train station. Room was clean and updated furniture.

Noisy airplanes take-off from very early morning around 6:45am, we could hardly have good sleep everyday during stays. Windows could not be opened to breathe fresh air for sometimes,

On our first night into town from Colorado to Boston our plane came in late around 9:30- 10 . So I made a call directly to hotel to inform we are on our way & was assured, we were good . Got there with my family of 6 after midnight & was told our room was given away & there was nothing that could be done about it , but a 1 queen and the floor . In the morning went to talk with someone & was just dissatisfied on any interest to make things right as well as being locked in the breakfast area due to the time without warning . So my wife made a decision 1) it would be better to sleep in our rent a car than come back there , but we lucked out at the Marriott & was 180 degrees better I would not suggest anyone to let your family of 4 young children stay the night there absolutely horrible
