Very well located. Spacious room. But the bathroom had a sliding door which gives you no privacy. Coffee store not well provided (scarce variety of items).

This was a great spot for exploring downtown Boston. T stop right nearby allowed us to explore until tired and take the train back to the hotel. Would recommend and hope to stay again.

First time visiting Boston and we could not have picked a better property. Convenient to Quincy Hall and the North End. We walked there each evening for an amazing Italian meal and cannoli. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved that they provided the BeeKind products in the bathroom and the drybar hair dryer (so I didn't have to pack any of that. Would definitely stay here again if we visited Bosont.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, but some of the basics were problematic. The thermostat for example didn’t work on two separate occasions. And the shower water wouldn’t get hot.
