Liked the room, the view, the food, the harbor walk, the airport shuttle. Nice people too!! My only complaint (and it’s small) is that the mini refrigerator was rather noisy. But with the airport so close, the hotel was very quiet…I will be back!!!

After sitting here a few hours, drinking beers, through delayed flights due to weather, I knew I would be back. It is so easy to hop on the free shuttle after a flight, then hop on the shuttle (or water taxi!!!) to rent a car or head wherever in Boston. The harbor views are amazing. And then you add a delicious lobster benedict for breakfast, or sitting on the back patio with the gorceous view while catching up on work. It's hard to beat. I've stayed there twice now, and I will be back again.

As a Boston tourist, I loved the location with my room looking at the bay. The staff was super helpful. But the real reason for choosing the Hyatt Regency was the free transportation to the airport. It was clean, safe, reliable and very convenient.

Pro: Beautiful view, can walk around the coast. Room Is clean. Cons: on the weekend the water taxi Is only available upon request not super convenient. And Is a bit distance from downtown. Limited choice of dining And also restaurant in the hotel closes early at 10：00pm. For the price we pay i Would say it's a 4 of 5. And when I left, the reception was supposed to send me the bill and so far still not received by email.

As an airplane enthusiast, I could not have imagined a better place to stay. Just a water taxi ride away from shopping and restaurants and steps away from the airport. The staff were EXCELLENT!!

In general we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast is excellent. However, AC fan is very noisy and we have to turn off the fan to sleep.

Very limited dining. No lunch at all! Room was not cleaned. Front desk sent fresh towels and sheets to the room, took an hour! So we pay for a stay then have to make our own beds and clean the bathroom. No thanks

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff has that Boston harshness, which isn't terrible but can't give that "attitude" 5 starts. Room was very nice with killer views. Boston in general has all these extra hotel fees which is certainly a bit slimy and annoying. Convenient location.

Wonderful scenery. Facing the harbor. Free airport shuttle available 24 hrs. The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet or order from the menu. Dinner was delicious especially the lobster roll.
