Fantastic service from check-in, during meals and shuttling to the airport. The members of the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the view from our rooms was incredible. Dining service and food was great.

Nice hotel close to Logan. Free 24 hr shuttle to airport. Great views from the other side of the harbor of Boston skyline. Only problem was I didn't receive my $20 credit eating at Harborside restaurant.

Beautiful waterfront location with water taxi right out front. My room was big and comfortable with such an amazing view of the city and harbor. Loved the products they provided for shampoo, body wash, lotion. Breakfast was good and the convenience of getting to airport was great!

Here’s a review you could use as a foundation, with a warm and appreciative tone: We had a fantastic one-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcome and appreciated. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our short stay feel special. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the Boston Harbor—a memorable backdrop for a getaway with my boyfriend. The hotel’s location was perfect for a peaceful yet scenic retreat, with easy access to the city center and beautiful walking paths along the water. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the on-site restaurant, where the food was excellent, and the views were even better. Thank you, Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor, for a wonderful experience that felt like a mini-vacation. We’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in town!
