Just a one-night stay before flying out in the morning to Aruba. A friend drove us from Cape Cod to the Hyatt but had to do it early because of his schedule. We arrived at noon and asked for an early check-in and they were able to accommodate us. Had both lunch and dinner there and the food was good. Nice, helpful employees there. We have been staying there for years before any trip we take that start at Logan Airport.
I use this hotel when i travel as i live far away from the airport. It’s convenient, clean, comfortable. The food is good in the restaurant and it has a fantastic view of Boston and the Harbor. Just wish the AC/heat was quieter. Free coffee in lobby at 4:30am and free shuttle to airport.

Ordered room service and the pizza came cold. Asked for pizza to be warmed up, took another hour.
Rooms are nice and clean. The views of the city and airport are great. You can walk along the water which is pretty and quiet. The water taxi is just outside the door and perfect for quickly getting to the city. The gym is decent. All in all, good place. Two minor gripes. First, the only hand out area is the restaurant/coffee area which isn't too inviting nor cozy. The view is great and this big room has the potential to be great. Renovate this place! {ut in more comfortable seating, better soft lighting, etc and it could be great. Second, the airport shuttle is every 20-30 minutes? We had a 6:00 am flight and the shuttle had just left so had to call an Uber. Waiting in early morning for 30 minutes to catch a ride five minutes away was a bit annoying.
Super convenient to the airport, delicious food in the bar/restaurant. Great stay, quiet sleep! Shuttle was quick!
