The main floor of the apt. has a large tastefully decorated living room, a master bedroom with 2 queen size beds. A small kitchen with a brand new floor. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, small oven, stove and microwave . This floor has a full bath. Upstairs are 2 bedroom with 1 full size bed in each, a laundry room and a newly renovated 1/4 bathroom. The house has internet and cable tv. We are close to public transportation, many restaurants, a brewery and lots of shopping. There is a beautiful park across the street. Best of all 2 free parking spots. No parties are allowed. The home is in a residential area and a nice family lives downstairs.
