Loved the large harbor view king room. Easy and pleasant check in. Room ready early. Housekeeping staff were terrific- friendly and helpful. Everything immaculate. Only the shower tile floor shows wear. Enjoyed the harbor area- good dining options, walked to the port (a little long with luggage but doable)—-we were cruising so hotel is well situated for the port and airport. Boston traffic is pretty bad, so Ubers to the Back Bay or Cambridge take a while! Pick your hotel close to where you need or want to be!

There was a wedding reception the night we were there. Our room was above. Spoke to front desk, the lady said they had a contract with the wedding party. I reminded them they had a contract with us too. Said we could move rooms. Very unacceptable since it was midnight and we didnt want to pack to move at that time! At check in was not informed and given option to get a room on different floor.
