I loved how upscale and techy this hotel is. Good location. Loved the rain shower head, towel warmer, adjustable bed and tv/lights setup. The internet was very reliable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It would’ve been nice to have had a mini fridge and microwave in the room and the toilet room is not very private.

I really love this hotel mostly because the staff is professional but also friendly, kind, caring and considerate! I love the beds they were firm and comfortable. I love you can adjust them! The room was pretty clean I think they could be cleaner. The breakfast I had was really good. I had a croissant breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon. I love the area where the hotel is. It’s convenient lots of stores and restaurants. And I love mostly I felt safe! I definitely want to return to Downtown Boston. I definitely will stay at Yotel Boston!! Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcome, safe and comfortable!!!

This hotel was great so long as you don’t sharing your bed with your luggage. The room was so small there was no room for a luggage rack and there’s no drawers to unpack into either. Also there was no bathroom door, there was a curtain that could be pulled but it provided very little privacy for private bathroom matters

Property is in a great location. Room is very small, amenities are small and modern. TV did not work. Gave us a wheel chair accessible room, did not ask for this. So there was a large folding chair in the small shower. Not the happiest but it did the job?

The location is great, staff friendly and helpful, but the rooms are very small. We 2 full size suitcases with us as we were on a longer trip, there is no room anywhere to open a full size suitcase except on the bed. There is also no desk in the room, nor is there anywhere in the hotel with public desks. The bed raises up into a kind of couch. If you need to spend any amount of time working of have a lot of baggage with you, you may want to consider a more conventional hotel.

The shower head did not work! The bed was soft and uncomfortable woke up with back pain. Too small! No instructions in the room! No refrigerator! Front desk said it was user error when we told them about the shower head! No offer of a discount or anything I will never stay here!
