Room was nice, location was good. They were doing construction & renovations on the hotel so some things were torn up and dusty. The room was very hot, and there is no AC - so we had to leave the windows open for airflow which was incredibly noisy with the street & traffic noise (and it was a Monday - I can’t imagine if it were a weekend). It also meant it was very bright in the room and hard to sleep because we couldn’t close the curtains. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy to find street parking or use their garage.

Very nice staff, location, room. A great value with breakfast. Nice area atoundbhotel, very vlose to train and bud station. Now s Strawberry hotel and that a good sign of quality.

All staff were super helpful and very accomodating. Really enjoyed my stay. Need to advertise details about limited hotel parking as friend had hire car stolen from adjacent road where he was advised to park. Would visit again.

Comfort Hotel Sundsvall, Strand Hotell, ligger perfekt centralt. Nära stadsshopping, restauranger och tillgängliga parkeringar. Vårat rum var ett väldigt litet, jag menar verkligen LITET, dubbelrum med 160 cm bred dubbelsäng. Det rymdes just inte något mer i rummet! Men med lite planering fungerade det perfekt, vi skulle ju bara sova där! Toa och dusch ok rymligt och fräscht. Det är inte hotellets fel att det var varmt på rummet, AC finns inte. Dock hade några fler krokar att hänga kläder på och toapapper som inte var tunt som silkespapper varit angenämt ;-)
