we stayed two nights at the Westminster Bridge Hotel. It was very convenient and walkable to many of the London sights. Only complaint was the cost of breakfast -- 27 Pounds (about $35) for buffet with no other options at the restaurant. Had a coffee shop in the lobby and that is where we ate breakfast.

This is a great place to stay in Central London. Easy access to two different Underground stations, and a good value. This is the second time I've stayed there, and I'd welcome the chance to stay again.

Our first from the bathroom toilet seat was broken when we arrived. They did change our room. Both room didn’t have a window to the outside. The beds were uncomfortable. I was excited to leave the room. However the staff were amazing and welcoming.

Excellent hotel with a sound proofing issue
Four night stay at my wife's conference at the hotel. The location is excellent near Westminster and Big Ben with very busy tourist pedestrian and bus traffic. Our room was not generous in size but OK. Upon check-in they asked if we opt for second day cleaning service for environmental reasons. We accepted and were rewarded with two bottles of wine. Unfortunately cleaning did not happen on the second day but the third day. Another issue with this hotel relates to lack of sound proofing. We could hear children running in the corridors and people singing two or three doors away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Park Plaza Westminster bridge, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. **Location:** The hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from the stunning view of Big Ben, plus, it’s close to local attractions and dining options, which made exploring the area super convenient. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of adventures. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, added to the overall comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests I had. From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, everyone exuded professionalism and genuine hospitality. I had breakfast at their on-site restaurant every morning, and it was fantastic. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
