Perfect (except for confusing light switches)
Excellent room, on 15th floor. Room faced atrium, but the atrium is bright and faces the river, so you can kinda see Parliament from the room. All very good in the nice suite, little kitchenette, and den. Only minor complaint is trying to figure out light switches, so one person could turn on and off lights in den without turning on bedroom lights. Both my husband and I made this mistake a few times. Other than multiple, confusing light switches, it was fantastic and we will stay there again!

The booking was mediocre. We showed up and it was a low class room reservation. The room wasnt ready on time and when we recieved our room, it was still dirty, uncleaned, and not ready. We did reciece a different room which made the experience a little better.

Well i have been coming to this place for 3 of my 4 trips to London, and all have been great, except this time. Front desk was not accomidating in getting me in earlier after spending 10 hours on a flight and arriving at 11:00 She said check in was at 3 and that my room wasnt available, However, as i was watching other people arrive and her assisting them, they seemed to get into their room quickly.??? Hmmmmm not quite sure what thats about.? I want my room cleaned daily and not at 5pm I go out and sitesee, and i expect my room to be clean by the time i get back to my room. NOT when i arrive, and then you ask me if I need my room cleaned??? I see other guest receiving wine, but not me? Why is that?
