Lack Luster/Disappointing

*Very disappointed* Room was dirty. Popped balloons and sticky candy under sofa bed. Not enough towels for occupants. Biggest problem was the bed. Booked a KING, had to sleep 3 in a double. Hugely problematic when hotels are about ‘a good nights rest’. Hallways noise was loud. Children running up and down first morning, people talking loudly (could hear through the doors) in various languages. Not comforting. Lastly; the decor. Dated. It did look like the photos; however the glass photos (the size of entire walls) had the tiles incorrectly placed. So there was a giant image of a ballet dancer - floor to ceiling, with her leg attached in the wrong place! How has this gone unnoticed!?! The lighting was terrible on the entry space. Very dark. Lights out/not working. Flickering ‘strobe’ light under bathroom sink. Bathroom sink plug metal attachment completely broken in half. No way to plug sink. On a positive - the 12th floor view was great! Our son enjoyed the pool. He was want our money back…
