We were in town for a few appointments and for Halloween. The price was higher per night than our Disney/Orlando hotels were the week before. We thought the staff was very awkward and off putting , we were both required to show our ID to check in which is very strange. They questioned us about everything and acted like we might rob the place or something. Lots of questions from them the whole time we are staying there. Strange!!! The room was nice and it was clean however outside all around the property it was trash everywhere you look on the ground, including used drug needles! Very inappropriate for a family or any children to stay here. We understand it was under renovation, but the noise level was okay, no complaints there. Glass and nails were all over the parking lot as well, we were no scared to get a flat tire on our trip . No WIFI at all on the property and no coffee maker in the room really made the trip more difficult. It was not a totally bad experience staying at NOVA but we definitely will Not be staying here again. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend and I hope their remodel helps out more in coming years because WOW… not good at all.

first time ever stayed at hotel ,where they didn't provide a torn. not one iron on the entire property.the only reason for poor rating of the outside area was they were renovating. the room was nice, with the usual lamps that don't work, the room had no drinking glass.

I never stayed there, I booked this place for my Son, who did not have an ID only a copy of it, so the desk clerk would NOT let him have the key, that being the case I asked for a refund, but they charged my credit card anyway. Now I'M FILING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD, TO GET MY MONEY BACK. HOTELS.COM IS THE VERY WORST.

The stay was average. The hotel was remodeling which was understandable. Besides that, the microwave didn’t work, which was a real inconvenience. The staff didn’t offer the WiFi password or extend any services or amenities when advised. The bed was horrible and the shower leaked water due to design.

So aside from having the room not having close to all amenities there was no hot water all! They list breakfast, then send a message saying temporarily not doing it before your stay but you are stuck. The reservation never made it to their system from Expedia - Both TV's were useless - they have two remotes,(confuising) and it is still on demo mode - they said use HDMI 2 to get cable but the TV flips back to demo mode after two to five minutes and you have to try all over again. Internet connects - but will not let you do anything. Looks like it will be nice when they finish, but if they continue to not make it easy for the guest not worth it at all! Very dissatisfied with my stay.
