Beach House 3 Beach Front Panoramic Sunset Views Screened Lanai

The Beach House Resort #3, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a gulf front complex with panoramic beach views. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! There are numerous beach side chaise lounges to sit back and enjoy the sunsets or catch up on your reading. It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. It's a perfect Anna Maria Island vacation rental property!

Unit #3 at Beach House Resort is a ground level unit with a spacious screened lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. From the bedroom there is even a view of the bay! It has a 32" television in the living room and a 21" television in the bedroom. It will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The unit features a private screened porch and onsite laundry room for your convenience.
This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All eight units together will sleep 34. One small pet less than 25 pounds is allowed with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.

Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate.

Parking is limited and restricted to one vehicle per unit.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Wonderful Beachfront Location, So-So Property

Wonderful beachfront locale! However, property needs attention. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s, and this one lacked standard supplies. On arrival, we had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towels, nine salt/pepper, no wine glasses. These items are standard at this price point. The floor under the pullout sofa was covered with candy wrappers and dirt. We were woken up at 7:20 am by a gas powered leaf blower.

AMI Beach House 3

The property location was perfect being right in beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit itself was clean and bed comfortable. Only suggestion I would have is replacing broken umbrella and add beach chair for unit as only one beach chair was there. Was happy to see blind to separate from unit next door for privacy.

Great Beach Vacation

My wife and I really enjoyed this spot. Walk right out of condo to be on the beach, watch the sunsets, great restaurants both next door and within a short walking distance. Centrally located to drive and visit the rest of the areas on the key.

Beach house at Holmes Beach

The location to the water is unmatched. 50 yards to the water. The one bed one bath unit was a little dated especially the bathroom and small queen bed. The rental company was helpful and we had a great time.

Small but perfect!

My husband and I stayed for the week and you absolutely can not beat the location to the beach. Literally a few steps away from refilling your drink, eating lunch or changing out your book.. The porch is so nice and cool for eating breakfast. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beach is not crowded as there isn't condos on either side of the property so plenty of room. Perfect sunsets right out your door.

Overall amazing vacation!

We had an amazing time! The beach was beautiful and clean and felt like a private beach. So convenient having the ocean so close to the unit, we didn't have to set up on the sand and were able to walk in for lunch/bathroom etc as needed. The apartment had everything we needed to dine in and plenty of towels! Two nights we were able to dine beachside at the restaurant next door. Only downside was the toddler that kept running in the unit upstairs early in the morning and until midnight, which only got worse as the week progressed unfortunately. Other than that the week was spectacular and will definitely book again!

Great location

Nice place. Very clean and perfect size for a couple or a small family. The beach is right outside your door and the screened in porch is perfect for sitting after the sun goes down or anytime of day. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing that wasn't comfy was the couch,but we were here to be at the beach so we didn't sit on it that much.

What more could you ask for then to walk out of your condo and have coffee in the morning with sand under your toes! The check-in process was wonderful and the ongoing communication with the management company was spectacular. One little hiccup but was quickly resolved due to the great communication! I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a little getaway right on the beach

Pros and cons

We did have a nice stay, but we could not hook up to WiFi, the TVs were extremely small, the couch was not comfortable, but the location on the beach was wonderful, this unit has a screened porch, which is great for me because I get bit by the no see-ums and mosquitos at dawn and dusk so it was wonderful to be able to sit out there for long periods of time. Overall it was a nice trip.

Really nice property right at the beach!

My family of 4 rented this property for our week vacation. We enjoyed EVERYTHING about our stay . Nice and clean condo with the ocean views you cant beat! We will defenitly be back here.
