Great relaxing stay and walk to beach

The standout piece is the location! You can walk to the beach in about 2-3 minutes, and there are restaurants and other attractions within walking distance too. The neighborhood is also really cute and lots of great restaurants within 10-15 minute drive. The communication and checkin/out process was as smooth as can be. The place itself is a great space for a couple, a bit dark inside (not a ton of sunlight gets in) but with the beach nearby it makes up for it. The cleanliness is the one area to be improved - the main areas like the floors and the bed and kitchen were very nicely cleaned, however there were several areas that clearly were missed in cleaning. Namely, some of the window ledges were dusty, the bathroom door looked pretty gross on the inside, the medicine cabinet was actually quite gross with some stains and hair left inside, and the wooden shutters were super dusty in the bathroom. A more detailed cleaning job is absolutely necessary particularly in the bathroom. The floors also had some rusty looking stains on them, which were likely due to the recent hurricanes Which we learned from the owners severely damaged the property within the last year. A professional floor cleaning may be a good idea to remove some of the noticeable stains. Overall it was great though and we would absolutely come back!

We were extremely grateful for the location… We were able to walk to the beach, and most restaurants! The rental didn’t look quite as classy in real life as the pictures, very basic… But it had mostly everything that we needed… It definitely would be nice if they stocked some basic spices like salt and pepper, and condiments. We needed to buy more toilet paper, but we were grateful for all of the appliances in the kitchen! A reclining couch would’ve been nice for watching TV we could hear our neighbors on the other side of the wall in their bedroom, at night… So that was a little disturbing. But overall, it was a good experience, and we would definitely consider staying there again, mainly because of the location.

The view of the Bay was slim. A few lounge chairs outside would have been welcomed. Location is the best part of Snyder’s Rest. Beach, trolley, and many fine restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. A trolly pickup was 0.2 mile away. Public beach access was about the same distance. Everything you wanted to do was accessible from this location that was more on the south end of the strip.

This place was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Bridge St., restaurants, and bars. The unit was very clean on arrival. It was a cute cottage looking unit. The laundry room was conveniently located 4 steps out the door. It was a quiet location, and very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week vacation!!

This condo has a great location across from the beach. It was quiet which was very helpful to me. Clean and had many great thoughtful kitchen items. I would recommend a step stool for those of us who are vertically challenged. It’s difficult to get to the top shelf.☺️

Very nice place. Only a few negatives… no dish to cook on except a cookie sheet and a pizza pan. The dishwasher was broken but not hard to hand was dishes. Only one really good beach chair… one broke one me when I sat dow… got a good chuckle out of tho. Otherwise a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

Perfect add on week

This property is super close to the beach and historic Bradenton. One would not even need a vehicle to get around easily. Despite the location so near the Cortez Bridge, it is extremely quiet. The bay views out the side make for lovely morning sun. The home is well-equipped for cooking. Overall, it’s a great rental for the price.

Beach vacation

The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient! It was great for the two of us and would work well for 3-4 people. Easy walking distance to the beach, the Bridge Street area, and a block from a stop for the free island trolley. There are laundry facilities in the adjacent building as well as a laundromat a block away. We would definitely consider staying here if we are in the area again.

Cute and cozy with everything you need and then some. I was surprised to find an outdoor shower to wash off sand after the beach, as well as a beach cart to haul your stuff and a couple of umbrellas. It’s a small house split into 3 private units. We were the only ones renting at that time and the whole property felt extra private. 10/10 will recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely home near the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay here. The location was great, block from the beach and right next to a trolley stop. It was nice to have a TV with a wide range of streaming services for the late nights. The island is very chill so many places close down by 11pm. Also the AC was a nice perk. The only thing I would say is it would be ideal to provide more than one role of toilet paper for two people who booked five nights.

Our stay was excellent. Great bang for your buck! I did not know there were beach chairs and an umbrella for use, I had rented some ahead of time. We missed not having a TV in the bedroom or a long mirror when getting ready. But those things aside, there were a set of outdoor chairs for relaxing and a grill available. This was a quiet area and within walking distance to most restaurants and the beach!
