Our room was freezing, the t.v. didn’t work, the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. Mostly our room was gross. Hair everywhere, nothing looked like it was even wiped down. It looked like they didn’t vacuum much either. Overall very disappointed for an AmericInn.

This property needs to review and update the photos on all booking platforms. We booked a suite which showed photos of the deluxe suite but did not realize this until after arrival. The suite is just a single room with a whirlpool tub in place of the couch that regular rooms have. Breakfast was okay, easy parking, quiet property.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff seemed like they didnt care whether we were there or not. We did not get a warm, friendly feeling from them. They've got competition from the neighboring hotel across the street to the north- I've stayed there and the staff is EXCELLENT!!

Impossible to reach hotel directly to make a reservation. Hourly charge for early check in - even if the room is ready! Maintenance needed all over the hotel. Bad faucets, cracked tiles, waffle maker not working one day, no jets working in hot tub, loud HVAC.

Our room smelt like dirty feet. The bathroom also smelt terrible. Pool was dirty. My childrens feet and knees turned blue from the bottom and side of pool. Breakfast was packaged food from Walmart (honey buns and fruit cups). Not worth the price. Wouldn’t stay again.

COMPLETE DUMP
Absolute DUMP! Do not stay here!! Room smelled like cigarettes, sheets were dirty, bathroom ceiling falling down, bathroom faucet loose, TV remote was sticky and covered in grime, no screen on window, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Lobby stairs had garbage/wood chips(?) on them for the entire weekend that you had to step over. The parking lots lights were never turned on and random people just hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE, STAY AT THE COUNTRY INN AND SUITES DOWN THE ROAD!!

I booked this hotel in August, because it had a hot tub. I could have booked a cheaper hotel without a hot tub, but chose to pay more money at this hotel to be able to use a hot tub. However, when I arrived, it turned out that their hot tub broke the night before, and it was not working during my entire stay. I asked the hotel for a discount to reflect the fact that I was not able to use an amenity that I paid for, and they refused. I understand that anything can break and it is beyond their control. However, they still charged me for what they failed to deliver.
