I recently stayed at Holiday Inn, and I had a generally good experience. The people working there are incredibly nice and consistently provided excellent customer service. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable.
However, there were a couple of things that could have made my stay even better. I noticed that while they offer thermos of coffee in the lobby, there's no hot water available, which would have been nice for tea drinkers like myself. Additionally, the walls in my room were quite thin. Unfortunately, I was woken up around midnight because I could hear the people in the next room talking. They weren’t even being loud, but the walls are so thin that I could hear every word. They stayed up talking until 2am, and as a result, so did I.
Overall, while there were some challenges, the friendly staff and clean accommodations are still worth noting. I’d recommend Holiday Inn but suggest they consider addressing these issues for a better guest experience.
