Rooms need a bit of extra cleaning in corners of walls, shower doors, etc. Could use some repairs to walls and things from minor damages caused by careless people. Elevators and hallways were dirty and need good cleaning and upkeep. Overall relatively decent, but could use some extra work.

Hotel had terrible amounts of mold. Our room key would randomly stop working. Housekeeping came in twice while we were asleep (1st time at 7:00am and second time at 8:30am) I’m assuming to clean the room although we had reservations for the weekend. Room was super humid. As soon as the air would turn off, we’d be sweating. The best part about this stay, was leaving.

Great customer service
We really enjoyed our stay. Although the Tv didn’t work it was still a great stay. One Employee in particular stood out. I forgot to get her name though but she was very helpful. My partner blood glucose had dropped dangerously and she was trying her best to figure out how to get the Oj machine up and running . I just want to thank her for her help.

Unprofessional front desk, look like a teenager, with a younger possible sister with her. I paid for a king suite and she stated I didn’t. There was no changing her mind. Bathroom come the evening smelled of sewage. No housekeeping service whatsoever except on the third day, and that did not include clean linens. I told her I’ve been in that bed for three days and I wanted to clean sheets. Internet Wi-Fi only for one device. It took me hours before someone came to the room and gave me this phone number to call didn’t tell me who it was. I called and he gave me a list of numbers and dots to put in and I finally got Wi-Fi, the second device but not for the third. I had to do this every day after midnight. This person was not available for that night until early in the morning breakfast look good if you got down within the first hour if not, you could get a bagel and a muffin everything else was empty . Front desk had to come and get the blind where it would work. The chain to raise a blind was ripped from the wall. She pulled hard and the blind went up, and then I was told.” it worked for me. What’s your problem?” I had one bar soap. four days and one shampoo and one condition. For what I paid ( 100 per day) Plus another hundred dollars in addition for security, which I did not get when I checked out I was told I would get it a few days At 8:30 in the morning after breakfast, my card no longer worked on my door and I was locked out. They had to re-issue a card. Terrible stay.

The property as not totally bad. I felt the staff could of been more friendly. The hallway carpet and elevator carpet needed shampooing, as well as, the lobby. I am thankful that the flooring in rooms were hardwood. Mainly, our sink's water flow was very very very poor and had to wait forever to get hot water from sink facet. The shower was great and room was clean.

We came for vacation to visit my childhood friend since 9th grade.. We’re now in our 40s & this hotel was amazing & the staff was very welcoming & had great hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that’s traveling to Goldsboro NC.
