Best Microtel I've stayed in.
This Microtel Inn was by far the nicest one we stayed in. The staff was so friendly, they put out warm cookies in the evening, nachos and were so helpful and pleasant. One of the few hotels that actually gives you 4 pillows versus the 3 you usually get - which doesn't make sense. Would definitely stay here again!!!

So right off the bat I'm hearing the front desk women check someone in and she was being very rude to the person in front of me. Now I do realize the lady was complaining a little but the lady had a nasty things to say back like the older women said the rooms were a little dirty last time and the lady shot right back and said why did you come back then. I get no one wants to hear complaints but how does it make it even better to just be nasty back. She was like that the whole conversation and I felt bad for the older women. I was worried how she was going to treat me so I tried to be super nice so I wouldn't get snapped at. The room was ok. The bathroom shower head was really gross so I didn't take a shower but other then that I slept ok. I think the lady working that night was going through something so I hope she is nicer to others because people should be able to come to them for problems with the room without getting attitude.

We checked in late and went right to sleep Woke up to find the AC covered in mold and the water smelled so bad you could not use it Front desk staff told Expedia we did not deserve ANY compensation since we did not complain to them directly. The staff was so bad at check in we did not want to deal with them and they told us any issues call Expedia, so we did that. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The Little Hotel That Can!
This is our mid-point stay when heading to Miami. It is always clean, comfortable, and has a solid breakfast. I tried a more expensive hotel a few doors down to see if we were missing out on anything, and it just wasn't an upgrade from this hotel. This hotel works really hard to compete with the others while keeping prices low. They have succeeded every time we stay.

The Rooms have no (ZERO) closet space. There are no (ZERO) drawers. There is no (ZERO) counter space in the bathroom. The floors were FILTHY to the point that you had to wash your feet if you dared walk barefoot. The breakfast area was very clean, and the food was great as well. The Staff was friendly, but we had to ask for towels and shampoo. The Front Desk Lady was excellent and very professional.
