These are older style rooms without a lot of the bells and the whistles of more modern hotels. I have several issues with this property: 1) There is limited parking near the rooms. More often than not, you'll end up parking far away from your room. 2) The beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. I slept better sitting up right in the car than I did laying down on the old mattress and weak pillows. 3) Since we were there over the winter, we had issues with the heater in one of the rooms. We had it turned all the way up, and wouldn't produce enough heat. Told the front desk, they said they would send a maintenance person to look at it. They reported back the heater was working just fine. It wasn't. Then they offered give us another room, on the opposite side of the property, so far away from the other room we had. When we complained that this was less than ideal, their response was apathetic. The manager even told us we were happy to find another place to stay. There really isn't another hotel near the park. 4) The wifi is super slow 5) Limited dinning options, and offer nothing for people on restrictive diets or with food allergies.

Very close to Bryce entrance. Hotel is needing upgrades. The carpet in our room was half soaked. Room musty. Mattresses lumpy and pillows are small squares. Heaters are loud. Just an old facility.

We booked a Best Western property but the room is from Aspen Lodge. Quality of the room is terrible. Dirty carpet and my wife got a broken glass on her feet. Glad we were able to take it out. The room opens to the parking. This was odd for a best western hotel. I would not recommend to anyone. Also, we should get some refund in the stay
