Just about impossible to find, just like the staff. No signage, not even a piece of paper on the door, live wires to an uncovered power point, bedside lights so bright they are unusable at night, sink Fawcett that sprays everywhere, no grill in the basin so anything could go down the sink. Never found the switch to the main light, bed was lumpy and had a slope to the centre, pillows were awful (but clean). No coffee in the room causes they ‘ran out’ no coffe in the reception in the morning because that ran out too. Still no staff. Glad to be out of there.

Very basic room- nothing fancy at all- never saw any staff, office was unmanned when we arrived in the evening, and unmanned when we checked out (sign said staff would be there at 2 PM). No light bulb in the room's overhead light. I think there was a number we could call for assistance but we didn't bother. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for the night this place will do

It was an old building and the floor in our room was sinking into the floor joists …bathroom was so small and it had a mildew smell to the room and bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Stayed only for 1 night to visit Bryce Canyon. Location is close and convenient. Internet wasn’t working (like some other reviews mentioned). According to staff member at check-in, they were “working on it and trying to get it fixed right away”. It never actually happened; the following day internet was still down. Water pressure in the shower was non-existing. A literal trickle. Motel worked out for the intended purpose.

The is no signage for this hotel, when checking in their was no one available. After too long a wait, we were checked into two rooms before someone was sent to fix our toilet. The place is run down and dirty.

This is maybe a1star motel which means it’s an indoor room with a bed & bath. No wifi & you need earplugs for the heater & refrigerator (or just turn that off).The toilet was running all night so we just shut the bathroom door. If you need a hairdryer, you have to bring your own. On a positive note, it’s close to the park!

Inexpensive place to spend the night. Bed was not very comfortable but the room was clean. The TV didn't work and the internet was out. It was fine for the price for a single night.

The hotel desk gal was very sweet. The tv never worked. The owner said he would get it working due to switching to direct. Never fixed. The light switch in our bathroom worked intermittently. Bed is as not comfortable. It's an old place and they tried to brighten it up. Would charge 60 at the most per night. Door is not hug right.

Hands down the worst property I have ever stayed in. It is on par with the remotest areas in Russia! Floors in room were filthy, room was in terrible condition, bed skirt had either vomit or excrement on it, had a coffee maker but no coffee, coffee was promised in the lobby but there was none. To top it all off, there was nobody there to complain to! Front desk is staffed only from 10am-8pm. I had two rooms for this hotel and both room were terrible. DON’t BE FOOLED BY THE COUPLE OF BUCKS YOU MIGHT SAVE. ITSNOT IT.

Room was clean. They did some slight updating to the room. There was zero water pressure in the shower, no cell service, they had no working WiFi for guests and they only had 10 direct tv stations on the tiny tv mounted on the wall.

This has a lot of potential and seems to be maybe in the middle of a renovation, but it is more run down than the pictures suggest. There is some newer furniture and someone with an eye for design has updated some of the common spaces and bed areas, but the bathrooms are dark and dingy (family was staying in two rooms in two different buildings and they were the same), and one of the common area couches had a big stain on it. My biggest gripe however is that it is basically at the summit above Bryce Canyon and could have an incredible view of the sunset but there were no chairs or anything to sit outside and enjoy except if you are sitting at the restaurant. There was a cement pad that seemed designed as a patio, but only one half-broken bench to sit on. Also the wifi was out while we were there. The restaurant that seems to be attached/related is very good though, and they were friendly and helpful there. There are no ice machines at the hotel, but the restaurant was happy to give me some ice.
