This is a nice, small family owned hotel. It is small but met our needs well (a couple, no kids). Bed was comfortable, room was clean, bathroom is very small but shower had great pressure. Breakfast was basic continental (toast, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit) but there were breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved in room. Plenty of coffee ! There was a large family staying and it was a little noisy with people moving between rooms but they quieted down at a reasonable time and there was no noise during the night. We were on the back side of hotel and we did not hear traffic from nearby road. This was a great stay for a quick trip to Salida. Highly recommend!

Awesome hotel in Salida.
This place is great. Everything is clean, has a hot tub, lobby and breakfast area is very well decorated and inviting, same with the rooms. Staff is friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

Quick ski trip
Comfortable beds, great coffee, and good sized rooms. Kiddo and i had a blast. Upstairs neighbors a bit noisy but quieted down eventually. Would visit again, great location in town.

Truly felt like a Colorado lodge with lots of woodwork and decorations. Staff is very friendly. Not fancy but clean. The only negative is the mattress.

We arrived in the evening and the attendant was not very friendly but checked us in without any delay or issues. We did ask for a toothbrush and they didn't have one. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
