Great experience for me and my boys this weekend. It’s close to restaurants and felt safe and was clean and comfortable. Great hospitality as well. The staff was warm and helpful. What more could one ask?

I’d love to give a 5* review but this place falls short in a few areas. Location is nice, it’s cute and cozy. But we had a few issues. One, we arrived late one night to find that our room cards didn’t work (either one), the front desk was not staffed (a sign said “closed”), and no one picked up the phone for the hotel. Somehow my husband was able to get the attention of someone who works there who I think just got out of bed and handed us a card that thankfully worked. Pretty concerning for a while though. The other issues where the pillows and beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had the misfortune to sleep on, and the seating area for breakfast is inadequate. We either had to stand and eat or take our food back to our room. Other than that, staff seemed nice and everything was ok.

Strange place - very unique decor. Everything clean, functional and has everything you need for a enjoyable stay. This facility DOES NOT HAVE an elevator.

I had a wonderful two-night stay! Parking is ample, check-in was easy, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the air/fan unit worked well, and the shower water was hot! In addition, they went above and beyond in letting me have breakfast foods during non service hours since I was leaving/returning after breakfast was served, and they loaned me a wall charger for my electronics. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Bottom line first: I have been using Hotels.com for more than 10 years t, and this hotel is the first one ever that was so bad that I am filing an official appeal and complaint. At checkin, the hotel had no WiFi and no television service. The clerk was fully aware of the existing problem but didn’t disclose it until after we had checked in (thus making our booking fully nonrefundable) and subsequently complained about that. Compounding the problem, he outright lied to us, telling us that the problem would be resolved within the hour. In point of fact, it was not resolved by bedtime. Even the next day when the television was on again, there STILL was no WiFi. Also worth mentioning: The online photos of our room were COMPLETELY inaccurate. Our room looked absolutely NOTHING like the pictures shown. It was a major bait-and-switch. The temperature control in our room did not work AT ALL. The room was quite warm so our only way of cooling it down was to keep the window open all night long. But this hotel is located about 100 feet away from a loud, busy highway. Thus we had a LOT of noise ALL NIGHT LONG. At checkout, the day clerk was in the middle of a heated argument on the phone with someone. So we didn’t even have a chance to report all of our complaints or get a receipt for our stay. I would sleep in my car before I would give this property one more penny of my money.
