The staff were accommodating and helpful. Great location with excellent undercover parking. Walking distance to takeaway food. We booked this venue because it had a pool. The pool was dirty and there was dog poo inside the fenced area. The spa had been emptied and was obviously not inuse. Was told later the electrics were faulty! The new managers that have taken over will need to get their attention to detail in order quickly.

This was one of the worst motels I have stayed at. The sheets were dirty and the towels were still wet. The grounds were very unkepr and the pool was not inviting. Water was cloudy and dirty. With the spa cover on bird poo with a puddle of water in the bottom. Very very overpriced for what you get. The photos of the motel are very misleading, with the rooms very worn and outdated.

This property is advertised as a full dinner’s ( NOT SO ) they DONOT even have coffee not even a coffee machine.!! Front desk gave a very poor excuse why not. I will never be back here.!!! Place is run down , not a good example for Expedia to advertise. If further info required I have pictures.

The property smelt like smoke from other guests smoking outside of their rooms and the smell just lingered to the other rooms. The included breakfast was a joke! 2 bits of bread and cereal in littles jars! How long have the jars been there? How do we know that no one had touched/sneezed over what was inside? The rooms were very outdated! The hot water was inconstant and you had to run the hand basin before you could have a shower! One step in the shower and you basically nearly fall over! The pool looked like it was green and you couldn’t even access the pool cause the gate was locked. The rooms were dusty and not overly clean. It’s a cheap stay but would not stay again.

Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room was great. Only downfall is the shower heads seem to be due for replacement. Apart from that, everything was super clean and tidy, massive TV and very quiet

The bed was good and the inside of the room was clean. I guess in North Queensland you can expect a cockroach to be scurrying in the crockery draw. Just made sure I rinsed everything before use. The outside area at the back of the room requires a good hose down and a clean. Looks like no one has cleaned out there for some time. Continential Breakfast - Bread was stale that was offered as continental breakfast to cook in your room and scored the crust end Yaye- bread went in bin. Would not class the Motel as International. Sorry, I worked at the Manly International in Sydney in my younger days and Bundaberg International falls way short in comparison.
