Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Point. The only criticism was that some aspects of the unit need upgrading. The aircon in the lounge was useless and the whole lounge area needs refurbishment. The cracked basin in the ensuite needs replacement. If these things were fixed it would have been perfect. It was well positioned and the staff were polite and helpful.

The location was fantastic and staff were very friendly. We had a beautiful time in Bargara but unfortunately this apartment had a disgusting smell, like damp water and it was quite unbearable staying inside the apartment. There were also gross looking stains on bed head and couch and everything felt a bit dirty and unhygienic.

About average for the cost, good bed, air con worked well and kitchen had what you needed, the down side was the smell coming from the drains and the water pressure.

Was a great stay, you wont be disappointed. Close to everything, just a walk or scooter ride away. Parking was included and ample. We got what we paid for. Mini golf and table tennis were a nice suprise!

Managers Sharon & Craig are the most inviting, kind and lovely people you will meet. Their hospitality is second to none! We will absolutely return to Bargara based on them!! Room was very nice. Check in was very poor. Reception not open was not sent a check in code, used after hours phone was told I had no booking, read out my email confirmation was told they didn’t know. Lucky a person then came to my aid. Spa was not hot, was advertised as hot outdoor spa. Only a few channels on tv. The unit was very nice and spacious though
