Business Bay beach accommodation

The service was friendly and attentive from check in to check out. We enjoyed the breakfast each day which was a cornucopia of options in a bright atmosphere. Great lounge furniture options at the pool with covered cabanas and chairs. We used the shuttle daily to visit the mall and Burj Khalifa. It was an excellent experience!

All the staff were very friendly, especially the Naem, Mohammed and Novi and all the rest of the staff in the restaurant. They always greeted us especially our 9 month old baby who was always so happy to see everyone at breakfast and dinner. If we called for more water or towels to our room it would arrive within a few minutes. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk to the Dubai mall but also restaurants nearby. it is a good location as things are not too far by taxi. Overall great experience

Absolutely wonderful! The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. QAMAR truly a gentleman and a valuable asset to the property made my stay a delightful experience.

New hotel at good location in city center. Lot of variety in breakfast but food was average.

The only thing i did not like was the fact that the location. Always have to ride a cab (or you have to rent a car to get by). No business within aalking distance
