Check-in process was an absolute shambles. Staff didn't even acknowledged that I walked into the hotel or I am waiting to check-in. Finally when I asked to be served, it took ages to get a room. The rooms switches are out dated and sockets are not conveniently located. There isn't a single USB charging port available which will give you an idea of how old the rooms are....at £300 a night that is not good enough standards.

Stay away from this property. Rooms smell so bad. Extremely old and poorly maintained. Hallways smell even worse. Hotel staff are extremely rude, they just want your money and don't care about you

Excellent hospitality, great location. We arrived a few hours before check-in after more than 17 hours of travel and the front desk staff were so kind to us and understanding about our level of exhaustion. They helped us get situated with coffee and then got us into our room early, which was so incredibly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!

I had the most amazing week at Anantara! The staff was exceptional. Arriving to the lobby was the best because the staff always opens the door for you and was just so welcoming. House keeping was great too. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very clean and accommodating. I will definitely be staying again in future Dubai trips. 10/10 for Anantara.
