OK. If you want real 5 star luxury stay elsewhere
This is a crazy busy hotel. If you are looking for quiet luxury you won't get it here. But if you like a hectic bustling environment it might be for you. The style is vanilla with nothing outstanding. It feels like a slightly nicer Marriott.

I NEVER thought a Marriott could be so exceptional but this was one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. Aside from an awesome suite and exceptional Club Lounge---it was the STAFF that excelled far beyond anything I have ever encountered.

JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is an excellent hotel. We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday there, which was a very memorable experience. The hotel is in a perfect location close to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was great, as was the service. The hotel is at a cul de sac and you need to make a U turn to go anywhere. That U turn took us 60 minutes during the evening peak hour.
