Issues; 1- Hot water; No hot after from in the morning unless you run the taps for 5 min. Big issue with family with kids. 2- Music noise coming from the club next to the hotel, plus construction work around.

Whilst the overall stay was not too bad the wi-fi was terrible. For a business hotel you would expect to be able to get online when required. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't cool enough.

The hotel and rooms could not be faulted. My only issues were: 1. A week before arrival I had opted to have an early check-in. When we got to the hotel we had to wait for the room to be available because it was still getting cleaned up. I can understand things can get busy but if you have a guest who’s paying for early check in surely you would have a room available from the early check in time (12pm in this case) and not have the guest waiting. 2. The shower in the room wasn’t working properly. I had told the receptionist the night before and after investigation they had decided to move us. This was agreed the night before and I had advised them that we will be going out mid morning and will be back by early evening the next day. Come the following day when I had come back in the evening a room was still not ready for me to move into. In both these cases I feel like management could have handled it a little bit better. Other than these two situations everything else was good.
