The property is self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area, and a large inviting timber North facing deck and outdoor shower. Modern, stylish, secluded, yet affordably priced. Located in a quiet cul de sac only 800 metres from Clarkes Beach, and just 1km to town and opposite the National Park.

The house was not like the photos. The garden/deck hadn't been swept or cleaned. There were bull ants and spiders inside the house with a cobweb near the bed. Not a single teabag or coffee sachet/milk for thirsty travellers. Curtains in rooms barely there, extremely light in mornings. Very disappointing.
