Room was very quiet and restful with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the lounge with the 360 degree view from the 12th floor was closed the nights we were there. VERY disappointing since it was one of the draws for us to stay at this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful! We didn’t realize you cannot swim in the ocean in Cairns…so we were really lucky to have such a beautiful pool at this hotel. The rooms were perfect (clean, modern and quiet). We had the buffet breakfast every morning (it has everything).

We enjoyed our stay but there's were some small issues - the milk frothier was not cleaned although the coffee cups were. Had continual trouble getting the air con to work properly. Enjoyed the pool.
